- How do I get technical information regarding your products?
We have sales documentation located here for each product. Click to download. If your customer needs further help they can use our live support system while on our pages. You may also call or email for information. As a last resort you can have your customer call us directly. You will still receive your commission.
- What do I need to become an affiliate?
Nothing except your desire to be an affiliate.
You don't even need a website (although having your own website helps). You can promote our product via search engines (click here to learn how), postings in internet forums, or simply email to all your friends and people you know with your affiliate link to our product.
All you need to do is to send a visitor to our site via a special link (called 'affiliate link'), and if he or she buys anything from us, you will receive your commission. The links are generated in your extranet login area on our website. All commissions are tracked in this area also. It notifies you of your payment status and amounts.
- How do I know I will be paid for my referral?
The program is powered by an Affiliate software package written by Matrixwebs.com, we are a leading internet software developer recently ranked 5th in the Silicon Valley. Our software uses combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for best possible reliability. Each affiliate has a custom login on our Extranet. This is your management interface. Here you can create Affiliate links. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to our site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the product, affiliate system checks for cookie (if not found, checks for IP address of referral) and credits your account your commission. It also notifies you via email that a purchase has been made. You can log into your control panel at any time and see your account balance. Additionally you can also track what other products the visitor has clicked on and not purchased. We also track visitor session length.
This process is absolutely automatic. All your referrals will be properly tracked.
- How is the payment handled?
You can choose if you want to be paid by PayPal or by check; all payments are paid out monthly on the 10th of the month. Payments are in US dollars.
There is no minimum payment.
- How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account is very easy and it's completely FREE. You don't have to pay for becoming an affiliate.
All you need to sign up - go to the Signup Form and fill it out. After a review from our affiliate manager, you will receive email with your password and other information.
